Megan Archambeault is the Vice President of Sales overseeing the MGM Grand, The Signature at MGM Grand, New York-New York and the Excalibur Hotel & Casino. She is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and performance of the Sales, Convention Services, Catering, and the Group Dining departments, supporting all campuses. In her spare time, you will find Megan and her family traveling and participating in unique events, as she believes money is best spent on experiences and memories with her loved ones.

Michelle Dominguez is the Executive Director of Sales managing the MGM Grand, The Signature at MGM Grand, New York-New York and the Excalibur Hotel & Casino. With extensive experience in sales leadership, she has contributed to driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships. With a passion for travel and family, Michelle values creating lasting memories and is an avid supporter of her children’s activities, especially attending youth soccer games as a proud "soccer mom." Her leadership and dedication to both professional and personal pursuits define her approach to balancing work and life.

Randy Fireman is the Executive Director of Events overseeing catering/Events, Group Dining at the MGM Grand and The Signature at MGM Grand.  He oversees team management, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, while balancing his passion for sports and travel.

Lee Nakahara leads an incredible team of meeting professionals, cultivates relationships with customers, and oversees all meeting and convention operations at MGM Grand, the Signature, NYNY and Excalibur.   He also enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family, and cheering on the Las Vegas sports teams.
